1) Payment should be made within 24hours upon receiving confirmation of availability from us. Kindly inform us if you need some more time to settle the payment
2) First paid first serve basis. Deposit 50% needed for booking item more than 48hours
3) Items sold are not refundable except in certain cases (defect item caused by us, not during delivery)-->notify us within 2 days upon receiving items
4)We will transfer the balance money to your bank account or attach with your parcel

BOOKING WITH DEPOSIT:

* item will be reserved until end of the month
* CANNOT CHANGE ORDER(code and size MUST BE THE SAME AS PRIOR ORDER)
* Deposit are not refundable if cancellation made by the customers
* Deposit are refundable if cancellation made by us (Butik Zeaty Collections have rights to cancel booking due to several cases)

DELIVERY AND RETURN POLICY

DELIVERY :
1) Delivery will be made everyday (Monday-Friday) unless stated earlier .
KINDLY give us 1-3 days to process your order.
2) Delivery via Pos Laju (for region in Malaysia ), Pos Malaysia
(for International & Wholesale items) or Skynet(for bulk order).
3)Shipping charges are different based on weight and shipping location
4)Delivery for Poslaju is approximately working days within
1 - 3 days Peninsular and 1-5 working days within Sabah & Sarawak.
5) Items will be post once full payment have been made.
6) We do welcome combine shipping to save your postage.
7) We do ship to worldwide. Please contact us for shipping cost.
8)Items will be packaged properly. Butik Zeaty Collections
have no responsibility on damaged/lost/late items during delivery .

Return and Exchange

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order
to us based on the following terms:

1. Returned items must reach us within 14 days from the date we
deliver to you;

2. You must return via Poslaju or any other courier service only.
We do no accept returns via "Snail Mail" or even Pos Ekspres.

Both the return charges and the redelivery charges (of the 2nd item)
shall be borne by you. However, if the return is due to defect item,
all these charges will be borne by us.

You are encouraged to check with us should you have any doubts
in choosing your sizes.
